"The peoperty itself was new and comfortable but the location was not in the section of odessa as advertized. The women who showed the apartment seemed put out and disinterested. When I asked about secure parking she pointed up the hill. It was too much effort for her to show me how to use this seperate area. When I went there it was a delapadated fenced in area with no attendant. I ended up parking on the street. Not secure particularly in that northern section of town. That night we had...
