"Friendly staff, clean tidy and perfect rooms. Quiet and spacious. WIFI excellent, and staff incredibly helpful. Recommendation for a restaurant just around the corner with hand made spaghetti, and a history of the Roma football club by the host was a plus. Free parking and a much lower rate for the tourist tax was again a bonus. Links to the city centre via the close subway/metro line was again another plus for us. But please be aware, the metro is awash with pickpockets, and having experienced at first hand these individuals, just be aware. "

"The hotel is good value for the money. Has nice terrace breakfast facility, and buffet breakfast with many pastries and pies, besides meats, cheeses, and vegetarian items. It is located in a middle class residential area away from the city center and nearly an hours drive from the international Airport. About 10min walk will take you to Torre Angela metro station to use Rome's extensive public transport. But, be sure to get back before dark as the area is not the best. Or take a taxi, or Uber from the station, but book ahead if its a weekend late night. Room was nice, comfortable, with good amenities. We just could not get A/C setting to lower below 22C. Staff was very friendly, cooperative, and helpful. "

"Location Appia Nuova they need to add pedestrian to connect Apia Antica by via Pignatelli. Excellent on-site dining— on the terrace try the pasta arrabiata. Pool and tennis I found walkable at the Appia Rome sports Center 10 Euro. Across the street excellent restaurant Laguna Blu seafood. Wonderful desk staff— Blacks show up from US with the usual no random ‘as gov’ theft and terror pretending to be random ‘black families’ on the end of the US.
