"Beach front property on the beautiful Aegean Sea but no sea front units. Most units facing sidewalk. All inclusive with typical Turkish cuisine which was very good , staff barely speaks any English, very difficult communication unless you can speak Turkish , otherwise staff very friendly and tries to be helpful as much as possible. "I booked a family suite which include 2 bedrooms( one with a double bed plus a single bed and the other bedroom with a twin bed) in that hotel for 9 days. I contacted the hotel and asked the to set up the twin beds as a double bed as my partner and I wanted to stay there but when we got to the hotel the twin beds haven’t been set up and still were separated! "We actually booked the batihan sea resort and by the time we got there it was actually full they put is in another Ultra luxury hotel called batihan vadi it was so amazing with a private villa and a 5 star service. Everything was invlusive and it was the best experiences we had during our stay. "Отдыхали в этом отеле в августе 2020г. Уборка в номере заключалась лишь в смене полотенец. Постельное белье за 4 дня не поменяли ни разу. Кондиционер работает не постоянно, только по графику, что при температуре 36-37 явно недостаточно. У нас был заказан полупансион, и при заселении нам предложили оплатить за "все включено", но мы отказались.При этом даже вода и чай на ужин оказались платными. Вода в номер тоже за плату - 4 лиры за 0,5 литра. Т.е. все за повышенную оплату, что явно дороже даже...
