"This was the first time I have ever stayed at a BNB, but I do know that it is not possible that the Rye Park Manor is the BNB luxury standard. RPM is basically the Ritz Carlton of BNBs. Every single aspect of our stay was beyond phenomenal. The breakfast was better than many NYC restaurants. Not a single area of this property even had a speck of dust. We are still talking about how amazing our stay was and it’s over a month later! "

"The location was great. The units are new and modern and me furnished. Little bit confusing because there is no front desk and how to get in. It is not wheelchair accessible there is no elevator to be noted. This you want hand was when we got there the parking lot was not properly ploughed and not salted for the pathways very icy called and let them notify no action was taken it was pretty dangerous. The other thing is the walls are paper thin so if you hear people talking from the other room...
