4 Star Hotels in Hacketstown, County Carlow

"Breakfast is lovely, great stay especially with young children, restaurant service for dinner looses a star...."

"We loved everything about Seven Oaks - parking was plentiful, room was very clean and large, restaurant was convenient and delicious - but the standout feature was the helpfulness of the staff. Aisling and Declan welcomed us in and made us immediately comfortable. Hospitality is taken seriously and we were very appreciative."

"Found this last minute on a trip to Ireland and what a hidden gem! Stayed the night and celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday in style. Highly recommend!"

"Was only 8klms to go back into town for dinner but the breakfast at the cottage was amazing"

"The room was kept immaculate. The staff had excellent suggestions about the area. Fit us perfectly."

"Great property and friendly Great times."

" luxury period house nice and comfortable. It is quite small and cosy But very very quite so guests tended to talk very low and the atmosphere was a bit stiff , nice to go if your looking for a bit of peace and quiet. The breakfast: I had pancakes off the hot food menu, they were inedible , soggy and burnt . continental buffet small but what was on offer was fresh. breads were not nice, cheap sliced pan toast, and plain soda bread , no other healthy options . No tea or coffee making facilities...

I also ordered the picnic for the hike, and it had enough to feed four for just the two of us. I would definitely recommend."

I had emailed about their additional services and never heard back, I checked in at 4:30 (online it said check in started at 4) and they had already left the property, so I was left alone with a note and no real description about how I could use the living room space and wood fire. It is a lovely place just a bit lonely to see no one during your entire stay and have no one else staying at the...

"Lovely stay with very friendly and polite staff. "

"Great friendly people both the owners and the guests. The best way to see a country is to get out of town."
