"Towels were not provided in room when checked in. Had to call and request. Late check in but asked to check out on time. Room service is really good, cleaned and provided toiletries second day. Buffet Bfst included is a plus! Good food, ambience and game room. Pool is definitely the highlight of this hotel, although couldn’t use it due to rain. "

"The young and enthusiastic staff (from all parts of India) were responsive to our requests for modifications to the food; needless to say this required the full cooperation from the Chef and the kitchen staff.
