"Problem: Internet was inconsistent / missing most of the time."

"Della is a little different from other Resorts seen. Lots of Adventure activities to do. Also some virtual ones like bowling. Small small things like Darts are also thrown in which is nostalgic. The complex itself is extremely well laid out and beautiful. Before going, I had checked the internet and found that there were negative comments about two major things. One was the quality of service and the second was the price of food. Based on my experience, I can say that the quality of service...

"It is not the same hotel i used to stay couple of years ago. I stayed in the most expensive room assuming that the linen, towels and cleanliness will be better than their other regular rooms but unfortunately it didn't meet the expectations. Bathtub for which I booked the room was in pathetic condition too."

Visited that property but there was no rooms available As I have booked room online from expedia, Even manager was not willing to help us or to solve our query...worst experience from Expedia portal and emerald resort manager.... We have to look for some other resort in last moment, rates where high but no option rather den booking....it's very sad when u drive about 3 hrs and u go to the hotel and there is no room available....it's very worst experience"
