5 Star Hotels in Aamby Valley City, Paud

"The resort had speakers at various spots, and they played religious chants from 5:30 am to 7:00 am, and again in the evening around 7:00 pm tp 8:00 pm. That is not ok. I don't go to a nature resort to have music/chants on speakers and be disturbed or woken up by such things. Also, they may want to specify that there is no in-room food service."

"The rooms were worn out. Fridge was broken. Kept having them come and fix stuff or replace things that weren’t stocked properly. Ac couldn’t keep up. Everything had a dirty appearance. My child spilled on the comforter and the cleaning staff just turned the blanket over to give the appearance of putting on a clean one but the dirty part was just turned to the inside. "There was a major delay in check in- Although the official check in time was 2pm, we got the room by 4pm. Also the room provided had a clogged bathroom which needs to be cleaned. "

"It was good , but the room we got this time did not have good view .,I have visited Hilton Shillim 6 times . The staff were not willing to change the room even on payment . It was difficult to escalate this to the site manager . Was disappointed ."
