"This is an option you should go for only if you have no other hotels available. Booked two rooms for a night and called 10 days in advance asking for rooms to be next to each other. Hotel confirmed that to be the case. Once we arrive at the property the rooms are not together and the front desk couldn’t do anything as the hotel was fully booked (wonder how?). Tea service takes 2-3 reminders to arrive. Nothing available after 10 PM, we needed some warm milk for my 2 year old but they couldn’t...

"Food quality and hygiene needs improvement. Message conveyed to respective duty manager onsite for corrective actions. Spa experience is one of great ones. Rest all is world class and place to be visited time and again. "

We have paid so much money(around 4 times of the actual cost) through Expedia, and we asked for complimentary breakfast from the day1 which was already in their itinerary. On the 2nd day, we were not having any towels in our bathroom whole day. "
