"The rooms bathroom can be upgraded. Every time we came back to the room, there was mosquito in the bathroom. Don't know how they got in. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds i have ever sleep in a resort. It was very nice. Great food. They should have a bar by the beach or have someone coming around to provide drinks. The walk to the bar was way to far. And the bathroom too. Over all i loved my stay and definitely would comeback."

"The beach was very nice and clean. The only downfall is thete is not a lot of shade,so if want shade you should get to the beach early. The snack bar was always fully stocked limited meat choices?,hamburger hot dogs but good salad bar and always some kind of dessert."

"lack of elevators was the only downside to the resort if you have walking issues, otherwise food was excellent, and so were the staff. Entertainment fantastic, so much better than at Punta Cana. Will certainly revisit. Desk manager Sofia extremely accomodating, housekeeper Mercedes wonderful."

"Most of the Staff are so Rude. Room are so unconfortable and bed are so old that make your body hurt all over when get up. I tried cancelling One night and was back and for saying since reservation was made with Expedia they need to cancel. Contacted Expedia few times and Expeedia said they need property approval. From all Resorts I have visited in DR, I want to give this one a trial, and this was the Worst ever ever ever resort I have visited. Dont really recommended. They are very options on Puerto Plata. On top of that, electricity went off few times and it looks they dont have a generator to provide electricity in case there is a black out."

"We enjoyed our stay. The view from the room was amazing and the beach was very nice. However, we did not receive or were unsure how to utilize many of the amenities that we purchased with the premium package. The mini frig in our room was not working when we arrived and was leaking water. Staff responded quickly when we reported it but it took our entire stay for it to get cold so we did not have access to cold drinks in the room. The bathroom was not clean and still had urine all over the toilet from the previous guest."
