"We arrived around 11am. The room was not ready, but we were able to drop our luggage at the hotel and start our day at Schloss Belvedere. The receptionist, Marlies, gave us nice suggestion as to when and where to visit Vienna. Overall a very nice stay."

Even though temps were 90sF during the day, the ac kept the room cool (we were on the top floor as well). Breakfast buffet was quite extensive. Pleasant bar to sit out in the evening and enjoy a nightcap. Very reasonably priced "

"This was our first serviced apartment rental. It was clean and spacious and the helpful lady at check in came up personally to help ready our room for three persons as housekeeping made an oversight. She even left us extra towels. It was nice to have a full size fridge and dining table to eat our meals at. It even had laundry facilities but was tricky to use because you had to initiate service online only but the wifi cut out in the basement where the laundry room was. We figured it out in the end. I would highly recommend this place, walking distance from the train station."

"The only disappointing aspect was the overpriced bar. A simple cup of hot water with a tea bag cost nearly 5 EUR, which I find completely unjustified for a hotel of this standard. Other than that, everything was impeccable! Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof offers modern, clean, and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent location right next to the main train station. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding – varied, fresh, and of exceptional quality. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Vienna."
