"We were initially given a family room in the main block, but unfortunately, the hallway and the room had a strong odor of trash. There were also bags of garbage and cardboard boxes left in the hallway, which we felt posed a potential fire hazard. The room itself was not clean—the carpet was dirty, and we even found trash and lizard droppings on the walls. The bathtub had broken stone edges, making the room feel far from family-friendly.
