"Shower design was odd the water flooded the entire bathroom since there is no ledge to contain the water within the shower space. "

"It’s a lovely place but the rooms in the original hotel are very old and dated and It would have been nice at the time of booking to know that the lagoon pool was undergoing renovation"

"Lovely hotel across the street from the ocean with lovely views. Staff were amazing, very courteous and helpful. We had an issue with the air conditioner dripping overnight onto our clothes, but otherwise fine"

"Positives: Pleasant staff at check in. Room was clean. Glad to have breakfast included. Convenient location. Negatives: Aircon wasn't very cold. Limited to 21C and the room was not able to cool down compared to other hotels and motels ive stayed at in darwin. Positive and negative: Was told i had ordered a la carte breakfast incorrectly and was going to be charged but the receptionist didnt after i had told them i only ate what was part of the included breakfast. Probably need to ask for...

"We were disappointed in the rooms view, a concrete wall 5 meters away. Thought you could have done better considering this was our 5th visit to your motel. Its the only bad thing I’ve had with your business to date."
