"Room was clean. Breakfast was bountiful except if they claim to use Canadian maple syrup it should be the real thing not corn syrup. Parking on site but you need to pay which was fine. I’d stay there again."

"Great location if u are w a car; staff was very attentive, room was lovely and very functional and breakfast was great w variety and fresh items. Antonella checked me in and since the gym was not open, she let me borrow 2 weights so I could work out in my room; both male bartenders in the evening (my apologies, I did not get their names) were so accommodating and Laura at breakfast on Sunday was so lovely and attentive. GREAT hotel when u visit Matera."

"This is a basic tourist property, breakfast adequate but not outstanding, lady on reception brilliant but the men rather ordinary, location ok, rooms need a good refurbish and TV needs some English stations and smart tv access. Parking handy."

"We found the property to be immaculately clean! Rooms and common areas impressed us all with the cleanliness and I personally am not easily impressed. We stayed all inclusive. Not only did we find the quality of food very good, but the selection was also great. Didn't know wine was included which was a bonus, being from Italian origin, that doesn't surprise me....we are used to having wine with our meals!! If I had to leave a critique, it would be that the T.V. was too small for our room. ...

"Being Italian I was shocked to see the quality of the dishes being offered in the restaurants. Clearly very cheap options and same dishes would be reproposed every other day. Buffet were not replanished all the time."
