"Perfect boutique hotel, the staff ( every single one of them) were amazing, they were polite, eager to help and always smiling and laughing. The room was very well appointed, quiet and clean. The bar on the ground floor was very inviting and cozy. The bartenders were great and very friendly. Unfortunately the restaurant was booked solid (make sure to reserve in advance) and the rooftop terrace was closed (probably due to time of year). Hotel location was walking distance to most of the sights. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Basic solid overnight place across from train station. Nice staff. Clean. Quiet room. Surprisingly not many dinner options close except for hotels. Got me in room early which was a big help. Overlooked nice garden 1,000 channels on tv but none in English. "

"The hotel was in a great location, easy walking to the centre of the city, a lot of nearby eateries and shops. The staff were all friendly and all spoke English, and even though it was opposite the railway station and Via Emilia, it was very quiet both during the day and the evening. The Marconi Express made it a seven minute ride from the airport which was a great bonus.!"

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for sleep after a long day. The breakfast was fresh and varied, with plenty of delicious options. "The Hotel was centrally located and was a great place to stay. The staff were very helpful, and our room was amazing. The history of the Hotel was interesting as well. The decor of the Hotel was wonderful. They offered a storage room for our luggage prior to check out which allowed us to go to lunch without all of our bags. Highly recommend."
