"There are zero amenities for this otherwise great hotel. The rooms are big and modern. The front desk and housekeeping were outstanding. The 3 course meal in the restaurant changes daily and it's delicious and only 20euro. The meal taste like a 4 star chef and the flavors are excellent."

"The receptionist was delightful and helpful, and it was nice that she wished me a happy Birthday on noticing my dob on my id. The room was lovely with the lamps by 4 poster bed creating a warm ambience. Unfortunately the TV screen was smashed but this was sorted straightaway with another TV brought to the room by the helpful caretaking staff. There was a gift of cava and chocolates for my birthday which was a lovely touch. The spa bath was good, plenty of towels the shower was ok too. The balcony was spacious and comfortable. Good location for walking to the Port area of Lo Pagan and if your able as we are a nice walk to the mud baths and the flamingoes. Some parts of the room could do with repairs/touch ups but it was clean and comfortable."

Choosing the AC Hotel Cartagena by Marriott Bonvoy was one of the very best decisions of our trip. From the moment we entered the lobby, it was clear that this hotel was thoughtfully designed for both comfort and tranquility. The interiors are elegant and understated, with beautiful neutral tones, richly textured wallpaper, contemporary furnishings, and soothing décor that immediately creates a sense of calm. Our room featured luxurious down pillows, a high-quality orthopedic mattress, premium linens, and one of the most restful nights of sleep we’ve had while traveling. The spacious bathroom was beautifully appointed, adding to the feeling of understated luxury. Perhaps most impressive was how remarkably quiet the hotel is. Despite being located in the heart of Cartagena’s historic Old Town—within easy walking distance of cafés, restaurants, the marina, museums, plazas, and countless attractions—our room was peaceful and serene, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the outstanding service we received from Ramón. From the moment we arrived, he anticipated every need with genuine warmth and professionalism. When we asked about upgrading our room, he found us a wonderful room on the top floor with a beautiful view of the sea."
