"I loved the view and it is right on beach front. Stuff was lovely and attentive. Breakfast was tasty, lots of choices. Room was spacious. Only one negative when we got to the room we found that our aircon had a leak and build up of mould. But as soon as we notified reception stuff they send someone out to sort it out. So in the end we really enjoyed our stay"

"Dinner at the restaurant chicken was not cooked through send back then they bring black no apology with angry face .put my starters cutlery on the plates then the waitress took them and put them on the table dirty.Lack of English,cold tartan tan funny,and had the suffle cold with egg inside very salty. Nice hotel but restaurant make poor stay"

"Beautiful hotel. Very warm welcome by young lady on reception. Room spacious and clean. Lovely lounge area and terrace with great views. Has a lovely bar and eating area. Well stocked snack bar. About 10/15 mins walk into town. But of an uphill walk back but nothing too strenuous and there is always the option of a taxi. If you want the view then you need to be uphill! Walls a bit on thin side but overall a lovely hotel with great staff. "

If I could improve one thing it would be the front desk's ability to help one customer at a time. The gal at the front desk working the late shift kept going back and forth between myself and an undecisive group of people that kept asking questions while I waited for my room key. "Loved that this property had a self-service laundry. Two older washers and one dryer. You pay the front desk for small tokens to use them. Just outside the gate and around the corner there’s a great outport garden restaurant named Restaurante Can Pepe’s, great service and good food. The water park was closed, not sure why.
