"Incredible hotel, would 100% recommend. The jacuzzi looking out at the dolomites is truly special, all the spa facilities were amazing. The restaurant dinner was outstanding, the menu changed daily and the food quality was Incredible. The rooms were huge and the added outside private seating was also a nice bonus. "I have been at the Loewenhof every year once or twice, since 1993 (for 30 years). Have seen the upgrades, improvements in the physical installation, modernization of the rooms and services (pool, massage facilities) and dining. This time was my first time at the Loewenhof after the COVID19 issues. Personnel has changed, even the chef. The food quality has decreased. They used to have the best pizza in the area, but this time, it s different, lower quality. And the personnel is also new. Just...

"This was my second visit to Ortisei, and this hotel was incredible! It really embodies the mountain chic with everything feeling very well thought out, which worked especially for our hiking adventures. The front desk was extremely helpful. Breakfast was excellent. No complaints except wishing we could have stayed longer."

"Clean rooms, excellent breakfast buffet. Underground parking is a bonus. Very good service with many great tips for hiking in the area. There was construction going on beside the property but it didn’t really bother us since we are early risers. Many of the restaurants in the area were closed. Would recommend the hotel for adults if visiting the area."

"This was a return visit. The staff is great and the location is perfect for this city. The bar restaurant is a joy for breakfast and for early evening. The rooms are sizable and the bathrooms are equipped well. Very quick at night and beautiful views from the rooms. Especially the rooms with Mountain View’s. "

I payed one night before check Out, but when I dropped the key next morning she keep saying was not pay yet, very embarrassed for us until she check to another computer and say: oh ok . I can see now . Very embarrassed for us in front to another guest . The dinner first 2 nights was great . Last 2 nights, Thursday and Friday was very disappointed for us and next tables . "
