"I felt very welcome and loved the overall atmosphere. The food was delicious, the room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and the area felt safe. Easy access to hiking trails just a few blocks away and downtown was walkable in under an hour (or uber was never more than a minute away). I would absolutely recommend and will definitely stay at the Villa Rosa again if I am back in Cape Town."

"Avoid staying at this property - they have a tiny note in their terms that they don’t accept children, and then refused to get in touch afterwards to provide a settlement - we lost our entire booking fee. We noted the room was resold so essentially they’ve taken 2 fees from our misfortune. Found them to be totally unhelpful and rude, just find somewhere else better to stay in Seapoint!! "

"The apartment is spacious with plenty of natural lighting and a beautiful view of Lion's Head. The check-in process was very smooth. The friendly staff communicated and were easy to get in touch with at any time. The property is very secure, on a quiet street, but still easy walking distance (albeit up a steep hill) from restaurants and the beach. Note, it requires walking up a number of stairs to get to the entrance door. Quiet hours are enforced, but children playing at the next door school...
