"A great hotel overall in a great location. I had a room on the 25th floor of the modern tower and had great views of the city and Lake Ontario. The room was surprisingly quiet, despite being directly across from the elevators. It was very clean and had a kitchenette (mini fridge, two burner cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher) with place settings for two people along with pots and pans. The large TV offered the ability to cast from mobile devices (I couldn't get my iPad to pair with the TV), had built-in apps for YouTube, Netflix, and Crave and even offered access to two HDMI ports. The free wi-fi was reasonably fast, but unsecured, so make you use a VPN. The bathroom was on the small side with a step-in shower (no bathtub). The housekeeping was great, with one minor issue. On my last night, when I returned to my room after being out all day, I noticed housekeeping had removed both hand towels and one bath towel and not replaced them. I didn't bother calling the front desk to request hand towels as the face cloths were big enough to use as a hand towel. The only other "issue" I had was with the showerhead. The flow was so strong I thought it was going to blast the hair off my head. I tried the limited adjustments on the showerhead, but it didn't make much of a difference. A rainfall showerhead would be a big improvement."

"Everything is fine. Only one restaurant outside the casino. You need to get into the casino to grab food. Parking is perfect if avoid crowed floor. Expecting entertainment shows every weekend. Only negative is when booked thru Expedia, although I entered all three members, they booked room as a single guest and the casino tried to charge me for extra family members. Which is bad even eventually they did not charge me. Finally chose between having fun or win some money in casino. If you are there for not fun, be prepared to lose all."

Blue Mountain Resort Village Suites

"Property is nice, staff were nice. Location is amazing right in the village, walkable to everything. Our stay included the gondala ride which was nice. Included underground parking with available electric car charging. Unfortunately people took the charging spots without using the charging. The pool was out of service. Elevators were very slow and one didn't seem to be working half the time. Bed was hard which is not what we like but that's person dependent. We were able to get late checkout which we really appreciated."
