They were all so genuinely happy and welcoming. These guys made the stay even better and will certainly come back and stay here at hotel Daniela on our next visit. "This hotel is very nice. The Grill had amazing food. We had an amazing server named Sophia. Our food was top notch. The hot tub overlooking the city was really cool and I enjoyed the saunas and steam room. I liked our room but I was disappointed because I had paid top dollar for a grand junior suite with a view of the Matterhorn but realized after my first night that the hotel had given me the worst possible room of that category. "I throughly enjoyed my stay at the Alex. Staff was more than friendly and accommodating, the facilities are immaculately clean and the room and property had everything I wanted in a hotel. The Ski room with heated boot and glove warmers in my private locker were a fantastic add that I wasn’t aware of. Sofi and the staff were very friendly. Everything is walkable from this location, including the train. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!"

This hotel should teach a master class on service and staff loyalty. Every employee is friendly and eager to serve. I can't recommend Hotel Matthiol enough.
