"Excellent hotel. We stayed in the family deluxe room and had two king size beds for our family of four. The rooftop pool was a highlight for my son, where we also were able to enjoy the NYE fireworks! The breakfast buffet is one of the best we've enjoyed and worth it. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. "

"Room was clean and tidy. I really liked the clever use of space, and having a bed that can lay flat or take a reclined position eliminates the need for a chair in the room. Room has two sets of blinds in the shower area, blackout and shade. Fridge was a giid size, and the complimentary toothbrush and tooth paste is a nice touch. Breakfast options were plentiful, covering both Eastern and Western preferences. Hotel is in a great location for the shopping along Orchard Road, with access to the MRT a 2-min walk away and bus stop opposite the building. Staff were friendly. Overall an excellent stay, only suggestion for improvement is to improve the automated check-out desks as they were incredibly slow (5-10mins and lots of 'please wait')."
