"Staff were amazing, genuinely friendly and caring. Rooms really clean. Great room service and location of the hotel. Fabulous views and amazing club lounge. The breakfasts were really good, had a bit of everything to start your day and plenty of it. The pool was lovely."

"Helpful and friendly staff, excellent location, modern and spotlessly clean rooms. Good value (certainly compared to London) especially given the location. We stayed 5 nights and it's a great base to explore Singapore. Highly recommended."

"The customer service we experienced during our stay was amazing. The only negative would be that our bathroom was pretty run down and the aircon was a bit strong even though we tried to adjust it. The bathroom appeared to have some mould that looked like being masked and the basin was very flimsy. The bedrooms were comfortable and so were the beds( apart from the aircon blowing at our faces making it unpleasant)."
