"The club rooms are superb and the breakfast and afternoon provided with the club benefits are spectacular. Check carefully the room type if you have children under 12, as they are expected to sleep in the bed with the adults. The outdoor pool is perfect on a hot day, and the hotel rooms are quiet and very comfortable."

"We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Serangoon in Singapore for a few nights. It was a decent stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, though the rooms are on the smaller side. The breakfast buffet is quite limited so don’t expect a wide variety. Aside from that, it’s an ok stay for the price and location. "

"The place was clean and very helpful. We did laundry on 4 floor and front desk gave us change to do so. It’s right near the MrT and Starbucks is 3 blocks away. "

"Room is clean with a comfortable bed but very small. Barely enough room for two suitcases. Bathroom is basic but very clean. Good value for money based on location."

"We were very pleased with our stay at Waterloo nad would consider a second stay. The location was excellent. All staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and reasonably quiet. We did not eat at the restaurant or experience any other amenities, but the bottled, non-alcoholic drinks at the lobby bar were too expensive. The car dropoff/pickup was poorly defined and awkard for both passengers and drivers--perhaps not finished?"
