"I was able to check in and out out of hours easily. The Hostel is 10 minute walking distance from a train station and is close to Bugis area which i would recommend to check out. The instructions were clear and the staff was helpful. I didnt know how to open the lock to the red box when I came in after hours and I called the staff, they amswered right away and helped me solve it."

"The Hotel Yan is like a backpakers hotel for adults. The price of the rooms is very good, but they are very small. If you are traveling light you and your bags will fit in the room. The staff is great and always available. The area is very close to public transport and great food. "

"Need to improve on cleanliness, there are spider webs all over and the telephone wire has a disgusting amount of dust trapped there, toilet is extremely mouldy... Also I do not agree with the 50 dollars deposit for the TV remote, that's ridiculous! "
