"Cardin, Diana, Valere at the front desk were wonderful. They helped us with our check in and got everything worked out for us as we had 2 separate bookings. Breakfast was good. It had the items you would expect. The pool was very nice."

"We had 3 people stay using a queen and twin bed. Beds were comfy. The room was small. The staff were amazing. Benson, who helped on and off our luggage was helpful and respectful. There was an option to add on breakfast, it was not worth it for the cost. Overall, pretty good stay. "

"I and my wife used to stay in Furama Riverfront Hotel 2 to 3 times every year. The hotel staff was genuinely warm and made us feel welcome each day. The cleaner by the name Joy is very helpful and she still can remember us when she sees us. She will greed us every morning with a smiling face. We like the environment and the food there. We enjoyed drinking and eating every evening at the Waterfall Lounge. The staff who served us was Kelvin and his team Virginia, Sara, Frizal and Benny. Their service is good and friendly. Every morning we have our breakfast at the Apollo Cafe, Crisna and her BF team was Yong, Michella, Mugi, Amir, Hua also served us well too. We also met Iskander this morning and happy that he still can remember us although we did not see him during our last stay few months ago. The food there are very nice and delicious. We were also glad to meet the chef Dexter this morning. All the staff there were really courteous and showed they cared. Thank you so much everyone and we shall be back in August again. "

"Location was very centrally located. The 24 hour convenient store right outside the hotel especially came in handy when at 4am I woke up hungry and thirsty since I was still jet lagged and nothing had opened yet. Loved the roof top pool and not that i used them but the kitchen amenities were amazing. Especially liked that it had a washer and dryer and i was able to do a load of laundry since i was already a few days into to traveling and could wash before packing up again to go home. "
