"We've stayed at Claridge several times over the years through a few management groups. We enjoy this hotel and the neighborhood. It has a charm about it, is up-to date, and is immaculately clean. The late evening desk staff, however, conducted themselves as if they would rather be ANYWHERE but here. I asked about registering my car but that was not done.
