The only downside was the unexpected bill at the end of our stay, you are obliged to have have board however this does not cover the daily evening meal menu, we had to pay a rather large supplement which was a bit of a shock. "The staff was over the top! They helped make dinner reservations, scheduled spa appointments and went out of their way to provide breakfast for us when we needed to leave early in the mornings. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was by far the best meal we had while in town. Our room was very large and luxurious. "A genuinely fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The service throughout was impeccable. The room was wonderful and spacious with fresh towels each day. The spa is brilliant and if you have the chance to join an Aufguss session we would strongly recommend it - it was great! The itinerary of daily events was a really nice touch and the dessert buffet (Fridays) and banquet dinners (Sundays) were very good. One of the very best hotel stays I have had."
