"We had a memorable stay at the resort recently. The rooms, staff, and facilities were to standard and well maintained. The staff were helpful to our child's dietary requirements and timings. I want to callout a few people, Soufiyane (F&B Manager), Mariam, Zainab (main restaurant), Ahmed (Chef) for making sure our son was well fed. We were very pleased with the common areas (pools, bars & common areas) the range of activities for adults and kids. "

"Hotel ok but definitely not 4 stars, huge complex, very nice location close to the beach. Rooms are clean but they need some upgrades. Reception working very very slowly all the time is queue. During our stay only one person was working -and in the queue was aroud 20 guest. Staff nice and friendly. Nice clean and deep swimming pool with bar but only soft drinks. You can borrow a towel but you need special card and you have to pay deposit for this card. We haven't been informed abot this during...
