"We had a wonderful holiday at Bella Beach. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the vibe was friendly and relaxed. It benefits from being a smaller hotel, when compared with some of the adjacent properties. We stayed in late October, so the hotel was naturally quieter, but there was still plenty on offer for guests, and particularly for families. A couple of the noted facilities (mini golf etc.) are no longer available on site, but that didn't detract from our stay. The location...

"We were stunned at how beautiful the property was. It had many restaurants to choose from, some of the best resort/hotel food we've had. Even an ice cream/crepe bar! Staff was welcoming, warm and friendly. The spa was great. I didn't want to leave b/c they had everything there on the property. Would def come back again and recommend to friends."

"Wonderful breakfast, lovely room. A bit of mix up regarding city tax that was collected upon checking in and again at check out. No one informed us the tax was per night. I would have thought all taxes would have been collected at check in."

"This place is somewhat in a league of its own. Incredibly stylish with beautiful rooms which come with their own sitting area and pool. The whole feeling of the report is of calm and relaxation. The food in the restaurants is excellent, the service is great and the gym facilities spotless and stylish. On top of this the staff are the nicest and most attentive (if you require) of anywhere we have been. I cannot recommend Acro enough and really hope to return soon. "

"I didn’t like the fact that we had to rake our own luggage up and back down to the lobby… also we were with friends and the gadget a Nespresso machine and we didn’t even have coffee in our room I had to request it and was given instant coffee "

"The Palace is advertised as a 5 star, however it should be rated as 4 star. I had to move the bed to watch an uninterrupted view of the TV as one of the four posters posts was in the middle of the TV view. There are no t-bags or milk in the room and I had to continually ask for more coffee and sugar. The staff were always very helpful and accommodating. The room is comfortable, but does not warrant a 5 star. There is no shuttle service to the airport, which costs a basic 45 Euros. The Diana...

We did during our stay have some questions regarding the all inclusive menu as there were some restrictions we hadn't anticipated however the staff was very quick to respond and offer solutions so we could enjoy beverages we desired.
