The only comment I have is that it does not have a gym, I suggest that they should consider purchasing some gym membership from next-door hotel like for example the palace so that guests can use their facility if they choose to have an exercise gym area. "This hotel is amazing. It’s a five star hotel and they treat you like a star. Service is incredible! Hotel itself is funky and a little old fashioned. We stayed at the Marina side of it and it’s a bit weird and not modern but you forget about it by the way they take care of you. Beautiful view, pools and spa! Loved the experienced!"

"Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes...
