"The hotel is elegant, the staff are unfailingly helpful and "correct," the (genuine, French) champagne breakfast buffet is luxurious. The room was very comfortable with the amenities of bathrobes and sippers, plush towels, chocolates placed on the pillows in the evening, even, as it was Easter weekend, an Easter basket. The large, marble bathroom had both a cavernous European soaking rub and two-meter long shower. It is truly a five-star hotel, and, of course, with five-star pricing."

"Wonderful check-in staff. The young woman was polite and friendly. The young man (concierge) was knowledgeable and efficient ! Beautiful property but very noisy (doors slamming - all hours) loud person above me, note in room iregarding noise from construction)."

"Hotel location was good and there was free wine (altho I'd like to think I paid for it through the booking) Funny that they did not have electric kettle which I'm encountering for the first time. Hence, we had to ask for teapots of hot water twice a day. Also very weird to sleep with a picture of someone staring at you. Consider changing to picture of scenery "
