"This is a beautiful hotel in a very nice area of the city. Walkable to City Hall, restaurants, shops, and other attractions.
The hotel rooms are very luxurious. However, the architecture of our suite was less than idea. The price was too high for what they offered. "
"The property was great, and the manager was always helpful and went out of her way to help us. The rooms were awesome and everything always very clean."

10/10 Excellent
"This is one of the best properties in the world for overall luxury, service, location and amenities. The suites really do make you feel like you are living in a palace."
"It’s super convenient because you can walk to the main station in just 5 minutes! Plus, the luggage storage service with a locked room and secure storage is great. "
"High quality hotel! I have been many places but this was really exceptional. Spacious room, state of the art bathroom, close to tourist attractions. "
"Excellent location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Easy access to shopping and food. The location was the best part and I would come back because of this. The rooms were large and comfortable. Somewhat of an odd layout as bathroom and toilet were separated on opposite sides of the room. Also both bathroom and toilet had frosted glass doors. They were not see through, but lacked privacy. My older kids were uncomfortable with this. We enjoyed our stay, but I lowered the stars on service as staff were not very friendly. We were also only given 2 bath towels for 4 people. Asked for more but they only left 2 each day. "
