"Great location, staff fantastic "

"Let’s start with the good and then move on. GOOD: convenient to U3, staff, breakfast, cleanliness, shower, bathroom, security safe, WiFi, well insulated, very central. NOT GOOD: small room, no chair to sit in, limited storage, unusable window seat, very soft mattress, pillows so thin as to be useless, room wasn’t cleaned, ineffective air conditioning. BAD: no privacy (window completely overlooked by building opposite). "

"This hotel was stunning. It was so well decorated and designed. The bathroom was so beautiful — and stocked with LeLabo Santal 33 products! And the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The neighborhood was very cute — quiet, close to museums, the river promenade, and some excellent restaurants (and next door to a highly rated jazz bar). Highly highly recommend staying at Miiro Palais Rudolf. It’s the only hotel (except maybe their new one opening in April 2026) I’ll ever stay at in Vienna. "

"This is a very small hotel but in a great location. Very convenient to stores, museums and great restaurants. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast had an incredible view of the Stephansplatz. The staff was attentive and helpful. "
