"Lovely hotel. Great staff. The room Was a bit dark. And also there was no hair conditioner (not a deal breaker but I forgot mine). When you enter there are stairs to walk up with your bags. I had a little leg problem so that was hard. Inside there is an elevator but there are half floors so again you have to do some stairs with your bags. But all that said the hotel is well Located and well run. Clean and organized. "

"Convenient location, but lacking in cleanliness and service. Le Méridien is close to major museums and Karlsplatz station, making it very convenient for getting around. However, the hotel feels outdated, with dim hallways and aging infrastructure. Cleanliness was inconsistent. I was given a bathrobe with stains on it and had to ask for a replacement. The room also had issues with old wiring that made clicking noises, which I got around by avoiding certain light switches. The shower pipes also made a constant loud, almost drilling sound. When I asked staff for help, they not only dismissed the noise levels by saying it wasn't that bad, but told me there was nothing they could do until the next morning. I eventually fixed it myself by adjusting the shower knobs, but I would have expected the housekeeping staff to know that and be more helpful. The hotel also seemed overbooked and a bit noisy at times. Overall, a convenient location but not up to expectations for comfort or service."

"Small bar area, and a large hotel. Staff were visibly struggling to help all customers, and wait times long as a result. Similar issue at breakfast which was chaotic with people even sat on the floor near tables to eat, in the business area on the first floor, and not certainly enough space for everyone. The staff were friendly, but it feels the budget nature of the hotel is taking priority. Rooms were simple and clean - but slightly dated compared to other Motel Ones I've stayed in."
