"The location is great, and the instructions on getting to the room clear - unlike check out instructions. The room was dirty - stains in the curtains, actual grease on bathroom wall. The bed was fairly comfortable if lumpy. It was hot in the room, but a fan helped a little."

"This was a really lovely place to stay! Close to grocery stores, trams, and lovely parks to lounge in. Perhaps a touch on the expensive side, however, at the drop of a hat they sent us up more towels, coffee pods, and dish soap. I love that kind of personal service when we’re abroad. Bedroom and bathroom(s) are downstairs, with everything else up a flight of stairs, so if there are mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend. Thank you guys so much for having us!!"

"Good communication. Apartment is a walk away from the tourist area, which is what we wanted. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. Apartment was clean. Convenient for our family of four. Very much appreciated getting a late checkout."
