Mis advertised as having relaxing bath tubs but nil in our superior apartment and this was one of the reasons for booking. Says kitchen is fully equipped but no crockery or utensils to use! "Very old hotel. Old toilets. Shower barely worked. 30 year old carpet in the room. I don’t what they are waiting for to fix those things. Toilet smelled like urine. We asked several times to fix it but no one responds. You should be ashamed to call this hotel Es Saadi."

"I can't express how much I enjoyed my stay at The Red House. As a solo, female traveler, I was treated with so much respect and appreciated the service and property so, so much. Upon arrival (where they helped arrange private transport from the train station and when leaving, to the airport), they upgraded me to a suite that is larger than my condo back home!
