"All staff were very friendly in Palais Moulay and always willing to help us with things such as: carrying our heavy bags & suitcases. Breakfast had a good selection. The riad was very clean and pretty - everything was maintained very well in terms of cleanliness. Our favourite member of staff was Nazih! He would always stop by to have nice chats with us during breakfast, ask how our morning has been etc and he was always there if we needed anything. The only complaint I would have is there is no bidet, full length mirror or any shelves in the shower for toiletries. "

Oumaima greeted us with a smile that instantly made us feel at home, and her hospitality was second to none. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed, offering personalized tips about the city. Marouane was equally amazing, his kindness and attention to detail made us feel like we were in the best of hands.
