"Karima was the perfect host and we were treated so well each day. The kids loved every moment. It was perfect for our family and the location is great too. "The service was very good. The hotel Arranged transport from the airport and then had a staff member meet us at the edge of the Medina and walk us in. The rooms themselves are nothing to write home about, but are in a very authentic Moroccan style. Upon checkin there were no towels but they quickly rectified that. The best you can say is that the rooms are exceptionally clean. A decent breakfast buffet (included) in the morning and the pool side restaurant is open late. I had a couple of video calls scheduled with my NorthAmerican colleagues and the wifi was solid. The location is super convenient on the edge of the Medina and is also within a short walking distance to the main palace. The hotel (riat) itself is quiet. Having an open air pool was both ascetically pleasing but was not just show and many people were swimming and using the sun beds. They have security at the doors at all times which gives you peace of mind for your safety. I would stay here again."

Breakfast arrangement with the adjoining restaurant was good as well. Nice selection and they serve hot and fresh items. Rooms are good but not as new as you would think. But clean. Overall decent."

"As someone fortunate enough to have traveled for most of my life, I can easily say this is one of the finest places I have ever stayed. The moment you step through the door of this beautifully restored 17th-century Riad, the noise of the city completely fades away into an atmosphere of timeless opulence, history, and style. Our room was luxurious, spotlessly clean, and rich with original architectural details. The staff were exceptional—especially the owner, who personally gave us a private tour of his collection of traditional Moroccan garments and textiles. To top it off, enjoying a delightful breakfast on the terrace with views over the souks and distant mountains was pure bliss."
