"The service was very good. The hotel Arranged transport from the airport and then had a staff member meet us at the edge of the Medina and walk us in. The rooms themselves are nothing to write home about, but are in a very authentic Moroccan style. Upon checkin there were no towels but they quickly rectified that. The best you can say is that the rooms are exceptionally clean. A decent breakfast buffet (included) in the morning and the pool side restaurant is open late. I had a couple of video calls scheduled with my NorthAmerican colleagues and the wifi was solid. The location is super convenient on the edge of the Medina and is also within a short walking distance to the main palace. The hotel (riat) itself is quiet. Having an open air pool was both ascetically pleasing but was not just show and many people were swimming and using the sun beds. They have security at the doors at all times which gives you peace of mind for your safety. I would stay here again."

"The unit was good- nothing fancy but good price and good amenities. I gave it 4 stars because it was very hard to find -even with help from the locals. The hallway lights are motion and constantly going off leaving you standing in the dark. The shower was great. The bed was average. It was nice having a washing machine. I never cooked so did not utilize the kitchen. I enjoy living space separate from the bedroom so that was a plus. Great AC too"

"Room was clean but dated. Breakfast was good but not much service. I had to find my own forks and knives every morning as there were none on the tables. The front desk people were nice but when we asked to book a taxi the night before she said to come down 10 min before and they would wave one down. It was very early in the morning and that was the reason we ask for a taxi so we would not have to come down earlier. The pool was refreshing. The lounge and restaurant are beautiful."
