"Beautiful quiet riad off the busy areas. Hosts and staff were lovely and very helpful, including meeting us where the taxi could drop us and walking us to the riad, and helping us carry luggage when we left (even if we didn't need it!). Location can be a bit hard to find without guide so accept the help on arrival. Also be aware in Marrakesh some walkways in the medina near the square are closed at night so know your routes.

Breakfast was included, boarding passes were printed for us to get home (as they need to be a paper copy), staff were always on hand to help with anything necessary. The hotel had food, a gym, a spa, a pool with rooms with air conditioning, a mini fridge, showers and balconies. The rooms were frequently checked and items always changed over.
