"The rooms were worn out. Fridge was broken. Kept having them come and fix stuff or replace things that weren’t stocked properly. Ac couldn’t keep up. Everything had a dirty appearance. My child spilled on the comforter and the cleaning staff just turned the blanket over to give the appearance of putting on a clean one but the dirty part was just turned to the inside. "My friend and I stayed here for the weekend. We had a great stay there. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The food options were plenty and quality and taste was good. "

"The resort had speakers at various spots, and they played religious chants from 5:30 am to 7:00 am, and again in the evening around 7:00 pm tp 8:00 pm. That is not ok. I don't go to a nature resort to have music/chants on speakers and be disturbed or woken up by such things. Also, they may want to specify that there is no in-room food service."

"There was a major delay in check in- Although the official check in time was 2pm, we got the room by 4pm. Also the room provided had a clogged bathroom which needs to be cleaned. "
