"Incredible location for a Sydney first-timer. The facilities are dated, as are the rooms, but the staff are excellent and maintain the high standards you’d expect of the brand & for the price range. Shout out to Sophia/Sofie at reception who rectified any issues in a really considerate, timely manner. "

"While the staff were lovely and the room was nice we waited 3 hours for a second bathrobe and had to call 4 times. There was also an opened bottle of sparkling water in the mini bar. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and needed a vacuum. For a hotel that costs a lot to stay in, those details are a bit of a letdown. "

"Good location to stay at if you need to get to the convention centre but, kind of out of the way for anything else. At first, The staff wouldn't honour the free breakfast each morning despite me showing the email confirmation that says i had breakfast included of which is why I booked the accommodation via wotif. "The hotel is in a great location. The rooms were really nice. The staff was great. There was construction in the lobby that was affecting being able to enjoy the lobby. I was charged for a full breakfast when the breakfast was not being offered to its fullest capacity due to construction. It made me feel like customer service was lacking and I never sought breakfast at the hotel again. Other than the construction issues and mediocre service during that time the hotel is lovely. "

"Fantastic view of the park. I was very happy that there were blackout curtains to sleep off my jet lag. Bathroom was huge. Only downside was hallway carpet was a bit frayed and old style."
