(If you don't want to see someone naked as they get out of the shower close your eyes as it is not in a separate area and can be seen from the bedroom/living area.) "Overall a very enjoyable and pleasant stay. The hotel is not 5 stars, but the staff at the hotel make it what it is. Check in was slightly delayed due to the number of clients arriving. My room was very spacious, clean with a comfortable bed. Food ok, but got a little repetitive due to my food allergies. The hotel is quiet and peaceful with lots of sun loungers. The animation team are excellent and I enjoyed my daily morning yoga/gentle exercises. The only negatives aspect is where they display...

"The property is calm . Food is not as expected for a five star property neither services, they have a delicious fruit salad. Lotfi on the bar was so friendly and helpful as well as Najeh. Expected more from other departments."

"Il s’agit d’un formidable hôtel ! Les gens du personnel sont extrêmement accueillants et gentils ! Les installations sont excellentes. Néanmoins, le bain tourbillon du spa est petit et n’est pas assez chaud. De plus, les saunas ne fonctionnaient pas bien. Un merci tout spécial au maître d’hôtel du restaurant italien et au serveur Saber. Ils ont été très chaleureux et aux petits soins avec nous !"

"Excellent value for money, perfect location in the town centre for walking to all sites and both train stations. Good wifi, good variety at breakfast and helpful staff. Had a nice view of hotel pool and the sea from my balcony. No issues at all. "

"The Palm Marina is an excellent 5 star hotel. The staff cpuldnt have been more helpful and like all Tunisians very friendlly. The food was plentiful and a good variety. In particular i lloved the dessert cakes, perhaps a little too much! I made use of the indoor pool.amd gum while i was there Overall i cant recommend the Palm Marina highly emough. "

"Run away from this hotel if you are looking for a decent place. Terrible customer service. Old amenities. Dirty and overused towels and bed sheets. No internet in the room, only in the lobby. Food is awful, no quality at all. Customer service is awful, you will degrade if you ask for something. Run away"
