"This trip was to celebrate my parent's 40 years wedding anniversary. 1. Check-in was not smooth and confirmed with a receptionist that they will arrange window seat for dinner dining but when I get there, they were even not able to find my dinner reservation and needed to wait there for a while. It was so embarrassed and sorry to my parents 2. Would wanted to use some facilities and asked for the guide to the concierge/reception but no one very clear about hotel facilities and keep asking me...
