"This stay was beautiful but I was unable to sleep because of all the noise happening outside my window. From 3am and on there was so much happening outside. Trash being taken out, people talking loudly, gates slamming. I didn’t sleep at all."

"We stayed in a loft suite. Room was very large with a walk in closet and separate living room (someone could sleep on the couch in there if they wanted). We found it very walkable but we like to walk.(10 min or less to Milano centrale, 26 to duomo) Of course a few touch ups to room imperfections could be done, but we found it better than our expectations after reading some reviews. My friend stayed later in Milan and was tried to extend the room but it was sold out, so it passed her test too!"

"The property is fairly new - very Boutique, smaller hotel with a Grand feel! The rooms were very well appointed and the Bath area was roomy and comfortable with great shower! What can we say about Gaia other than Exceptional! She made our first stop in Italy the Best! Outstanding customer service all the way around from the entire staff!"
