"Breakfast wad great. Cost was reasonable. Beds were comfortable. A few really LOUD bumps in the night. We were on the ground floor. A trash can near the door next to the cigarette disposal would be good idea. My small grandchildren were picking up trash. "

"Everything about our stay was five stars! The room was exactly as pictured and even had gummy worms waiting on the beds - This was a huge hit for my two young boys. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean. The hotel breakfast served here is probably one of the best I’ve ever had. There was a full array of eggs, biscuits, and gravy, bacon and sausage, pancakes, muffins and bagels, yogurt and fruit. Everything was delicious and was being refilled on the spot. My husband and I joked that this was the only hotel we had ever had crispy bacon at! The staff was warm and welcoming. They all spoke to my two little boys every time we want to buy. We were fortunate at the hotel was still decorated for Christmas and everything still seemed magical. The pool area was clean and the indoor pool is heated, which was a huge plus. They do not, unfortunately have a ton of parking, but this was only an issue because it was a holiday and a full capacity. I assume on any other normal day parking would be fine. Overall, one of the best days we have ever had, and we can’t wait to return to Springfield!"
