"2nd time staying at Oasis. Front desk staff (Claire) was wonderful as I had questions from my first stay/charges that she went above and beyond to resolve. Only complaint is that we brought a pet and received complaints that the dogs barked. Know it was from the room next to us who had children in it and were loud enough that we could have called to complain on them. Their noise caused the dog to bark. A. if you stay at a hotel that allows pets expect noise. B. don't place non pet guests next to a pet room if possible."

"Genuinely impressed, in a time where cheaper hotels have gone drastically downhill, this place is actually well maintained and the staff seem like they care about making it a good experience while keeping fair rates. One of the better breakfasts I’ve ever had from a hotel and the attendants were great. Room was clean and had no smell, quiet all night long, everything worked. If I had any minor complaint it would be that the TVs need to be updated. After bad experiences nearby, this will be my go-to now."

"The staff was sooo nice! The breakfast was good and the people taking care of it were very attentive. I finally found a place that claims a hot tub and actually has one, a bit small though. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were silky. Over all, we will book it next time we are in Springfield."
