"Lovely staff, great central location and neighbourhood vibe! Rooms are small, but as ling as you don’t overpack and are willing to live out of your suitcase, it is great!! It didn’t affect our time there at all. "

The air conditioning worked well once available and helped keep the room comfortable, although it was not operating during the first few days of our stay. The staff service was good, with team members generally courteous, helpful, and responsive to our needs."

"Great ideal location for the Eiffel Tower and public transportation. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Very clean. Breakfast was tasty. Only downsides were the bed wasn't that comfortable for our taste, very loud partying outside a few nights (room was facing the street), and you couldn't control the ac unit in the room, it was locked. Overall we would definitely stay here for our next trip to Paris!"

"We were disappointed with several aspects of our stay. After returning to our room one evening, we found that the towels we had placed on the floor to be replaced had been rehung on the rack. When we contacted the front desk, we were told no staff were available to provide fresh towels. The offered solution, complimentary breakfast, was not useful since this was our final night. We had also requested a city view room but were assigned one facing an interior courtyard. We were told this was an upgrade, though it did not reflect that in either view or features. Additionally, the name displayed on the in-room television was incorrect, and the toilet seat had a visible crack. These details did not meet expectations for a five-star property. There were some positives. The concierge team was helpful and polite, and we appreciated the welcome bottle of champagne at check-in. Overall, the experience fell short of the standard we expected. We hope this feedback helps both future guests and the hotel in improving consistency and attention to detail."
