"Great hostel stay! I stayed for a week in a dorm and had a perfectly nice stay. The bathroom was cleaned every day by housekeeping staff, all the guests were respectful and quiet when coming in/out in the evening, and I appreciated the mini-locker inside the bed area for charging things while I was out & about! I’ve stayed at a lot of hostels and think this is a great option if you’re looking for a low-key, comfortable, clean stay in a great location. Other reviews have mentioned the below-bed lockers are weirdly configured and it is true that you can’t really fit a suitcase in them, the hinge opening means you have to crouch quite far down to see your stuff, and your lock isn’t likely to work with the small sized hole/latch (they have them available to purchase for €2-3 at reception). But all that said, it really wasn’t that much of a bother- I simply pulled out what I needed locked up from my suitcase, and there was enough space for everything to be kept safe. I wasn’t really worried about anything here, honestly."

"We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff were always friendly and happy to answer questions. The lobby and room were clean. We had an issue where every time we showered, there would be a large pool of water forming on the floor presumably from water leaking through the glass shower door. This wasn’t a huge concern, as it could be wiped and not return until the shower was used again. However, the main downside to the hotel was the lack of sound insulation. We could hear doors closing, toilets flushing, and voices traveling through our room from early morning to night."

"Great location, can store my luggage before check-in at the reception. The staffs are nice. Just they don’t really responsive when I chat them in hotel.com app before my stay, and the room is quite small."

"Prepare yourself for the best stay of your life! This hotel has the most attentive service you will ever find. The breakfasts are fantastic. The rooms are luxurious. They have a relaxing spa with hot tube, sauna, steam, salt, and more. Daily activities including a happy hour are included. And at night, there are free midnight snacks available. They provide all the water you need as well. Did I mention the cocktail bar in the building? So good, I'll be back."

"Everything about the hotel was perfect! It is located so centrally that we were able to walk to most places. The hotel bar and restaurant were wonderful as well as the staff. We loved the small details that made a teenager and a 7 year feel special. We appreciated the car service to and from the airport for such a reasonable cost. "
