The room was very clean bed was very comfortable. Must bring your own soap/shampoo. Location was good you can walk to restaurants. Unless you want to be in the center of it all then stay near Rossio square downtown. .

Excellent stay! The location was perfect, and we absolutely loved the place. The room was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Lovely little boutique hotel, The reception desk clerk was SO helpful and sweet. We walked up to the Jardim da Estrella and had some great sandwiches and the most beautifully tranquil atmosphere. The room itself was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed, incredible shower pressure and plenty of personality. My husband’s favorite part was that it’s all on the first floor, no stairs to deal with. I’m not sure of the parking situation as we didn’t have a car, but the hotel’s car service was perfect for getting to the airport for an early flight. Highly recommend. (P.S.—After 3 weeks in Portugal, the Sao Bento served the BEST Pastel de Nata we had)

Great location in Lisbon. Really enjoyed this for a special occasion and the rooms have real character. Plenty of places for breakfast nearby and really some of the best in Lisbon. Great stay and loved the bathroom.

The place was exactly as advertised. The bed was very comfortable, I really liked the ceiling fan and the AC, and it was great to have streaming channels available on tv. We had a little trouble finding the place initially, there isn’t much signage on the front of the building. It’s just a small dark colored awning over a wooden door with the initials CSB. My GPS kept saying we were there, but it took a moment to find the right spot. Other than that, everything was easy and Katarina was very nice and helpful for our stay.
